telah terima dan pembiayaan anda tidak lulus, maka deposit 3.18% yang telah diletakan diawal proses tadi akan dipulangkan 100% sepenuhnya tanpa terusik sedikit pun oleh ejen tersebut.\u00a0 Ianya adalah hak anda dan menjadi kesalahan untuk ejen ambil walaupun sedikit.\u00a0 Namun jika pembiayaan anda berjaya, anda akan menandatangani Loan Agreement dihadapan Peguam Loan sebagai tanda setuju Sale and Purchase Agreeement (pertukaran hak milik) dihadapan seorang Peguam lain yang kita namakan sebagai Peguam SNP.\u00a0 Pada ketika ini, anda akan menjelaskan baki deposit daripada 10% tadi iaitu sebanyak 6.82%.\u00a0 jumlah ini boleh anda jelaskan dalam bentuk cash atau pengeluaran Akaun 2 KWSP.<\/p>\n<p>Selepas saja menandatangani SNP Agremeent tadi, biasanya tempoh selama 4bulan ke 8bulan untuk urusan selanjutnya.\u00a0 Ia bergantung kepada jenis Pajakan hartanah tersebut dan beberapa faktor lain.\u00a0 Biasanya Peguam SNP akan inform kepada anda selaku Pembeli jika proses menghampiri titik akhir.\u00a0 Pada ketika selesai, Peguam SNP akan menghubungi anda untuk mengambil kunci rumah tersebut daripada beliau dan anda telah mula untuk membayar installment bulanan rumah
